Part five picks up where four left off. The battle has come to our crew and the stakes are high. Will our princes and princesses prevail, or will the middle realm be completely destroyed? This book is packed full of action, as well as love, sadness, loyality, and honor. I couldn't put this book down. Once again Chris Vale has created another masterpiece. I cannot wait for the next book.
Evil is stretching its tentacles and the kingdoms are suffering, but the human, and not so human spirits fight on,..the alternative is unthinkable. Christopher Vale has created a story line that makes you want to help defeat the evil that is trying to destroy the human spirit. He continues to develop the story and point us to the ultimate showdown. Nicely done!

Loved it from start to finish and can't wait for D-6 to complete the series. Great story development, characters ebbing and waning naturally (unnaturally???), love the multi faceted battle scenes and appreciate your attention to detail and continuity to keep them all in the same time line and interacting so fluidly.
